If your choice is Baldy's BBQ full service catering, a server will deliver your food, set up a buffet line with heated chafing dishes, serve your meal and clean up after your event. Prices includes your choice of two meats enough for 4.5 oz of smoked meat for each person of one meat, two sides, Kaiser buns, assorted bbq sauces, plates, & forks. Add Corn Bread for $.50 per person
